2025 has been a year of change for Jonathan Wheatley. He left Red Bull in the UK to join Kick Sauber in Switzerland, stepping up from Sporting Director to Team Principal.

He tells podcast host Christian Hewgill how he leads the hundreds of people working at Sauber's factory and at the racetrack, including experienced driver Nico Hulkenberg and rising star Gabriel Bortoleto.
